SERVICE 9 DIVERSION AND ROADWORKS
From Saturday 14th August service 9 is now running to normal line of route again in Newhall.
Please also be aware that roadworks on the A511 at Bretby Lane are also causing delays to all journeys of anything up to 15 minutes depending on how the lights favour the bus at the time.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
From Monday 26th July to Friday 3rd September 2010 a school holiday timetable is in operation.
Additional the "Twirly Special" for holders of concessionary bus passes is available from 1st bus until 09:29 whereby a single ticket can be purchased for a flat fare of just £1. This applies on all services we operate regardless of county of boarding.
ESBC CONCESSIONARY PASS HOLDERS
We have been advised by the borough council that effective on and from Thursday 1st April 2010 pass holders will no longer enjoy the privilege of free travel before 09:30 hours Monday to Friday. This brings the local scheme into line with other local areas.
We would like to remind ALL concessionary pass holders from all areas that since August 2009 we have been operating a special flat fare of £1 per person for journeys commencing between 08:30 and 09:29 on Monday to Friday schooldays and on all early morning buses Monday to Friday during school holidays. We are pleased to extend this offer, financed entirely by this company to East Staffordshire pass holders.CHANGES TO SERVICE 234
Service 234 to Robert Sutton School will operate 15 minutes earlier from Tuesday 12th January on the morning journey to try and avoid or certainly reduce the length of time queuing on the A444 to get to school. Will leave Lullington at 07:20 until further notice.

Following on from our successful offer in August 2009 we are pleased to announce that it will continue indefinately. However, in order to keep our early buses available for students and workers the offer will be restricted to buses scheduled to depart between 08:30 and 09:30. The offer will only be available from first bus when a school holiday timetable is in operation.

Available to all pass holders regardless of district of issue. Passes issued in East Staffordshire and Disabled passes issued in Leicestershire continue to receive current discretionary add ons until 1st April 2010.
Passes should be shown in the normal manner to obtain special fare.
